Ingredients
4 tbsp Olive oil
4 cloves Garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
1 kg Green bean (trimmed and washed)
600 g Tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
2 tablet MAGGI Chicken bouillon (broth/stock)
125 ml Water (hot)
Freshly ground black pepper
3 Onion (peeled and chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
1 kg Green bean (trimmed and washed)
600 g Tomatoes (peeled and chopped)
2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
2 tablet MAGGI Chicken bouillon (broth/stock)
125 ml Water (hot)
Freshly ground black pepper
3 Onion (peeled and chopped)
Preparation steps
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onions and fry for 4-5 minutes or until soft.
Add the chopped garlic and the beans and continue to cook over a low heat for approx. 15 minutes or until the beans begin to soften.
Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, MAGGI bouillon cubes and the water. Cover the pan and cook on low for 45 minutes.
Adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve warm or cold.
