CHICKEN ARROZ ALA CUBANA


CHICKEN ARROZ ALA CUBANA

Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients
1 tbsp achuete seeds fried in
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped red and green bell peppers
1/2 cup diced potatoes
500 gm MAGNOLIA CHICKEN GINILING
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup green peas
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
fried saba banana
fried egg



Procedure
Saute garlic and onions in achuete oil. Add bell peppers, potatoes and chicken giniling. Add raisins, green peas, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and sugar. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes over moderate heat. Serve with fried banana saba and egg.
