CHICKEN GARDEN CASSEROLE
1  can (8-1/4 oz.) DEL MONTE® Sliced Carrots, drained
1  can (8 oz.) DEL MONTE Cut Green Beans, drained
1  cup diced, cooked chicken
1  can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2  cup low-fat milk
1  cup cooked rice
1/3  cup soft bread crumbs
  1. Combine carrots, green beans, chicken, soup, milk and rice.
  2. Spoon into 1-1/2-quart casserole.
  3. Bake at 350 F, 20 minutes. Top with bread crumbs and bake 5 minutes longer
