MANGO ICE BOX



MANGO ICE BOX


Ingredients:

2 containers Argellanas
1 butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose cream
2 cups chopped mangoes
250 grams cashew nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 mangoes, sliced


Directions:
1. Cream vanilla, butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the all purpose cream slowly while continually beating.
3. Fold in chopped mangoes and 1 cup nuts.
4. Spread a little of the cream mixture in the bottom of the pan.
5. Arrange argellanas. Layer with the cream mixture.
6. For the top, arrange sliced mango and nuts decoratively.
