MEAT PATTIES WITH BEAN CURD

Ingredients

½ kilo Monterey Ground Beef
1 cup bean curd (tofu), mashed
½ kilo Monterey Ground Pork
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seed, toasted
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
1 cup white onions, chopped
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp black ground pepper
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/8 cup sesame oil
1/8 cup Magnolia Nutri Oil





Procedure
Combine first 11 ingredients thoroughly. Fry a small piece and taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Shape into small, round patties about 4-5 inches in diameter. Place in a sheet pan and refrigerate until needed.

In a skillet, combine oil and heat. Dredge patties in flour, tap of excess. Fry, turning once, until browned on both sides.

Makes 10-12 servings.
